Senior Account Manager

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Manage the assigned SME portfolio to meet personal and business centre targets.
2. Continuously cross-sell the Bank’s products and services to meet customer needs and achieve the Bank’s financial objectives.
3. Acquire new quality loan and deposit customers.
4. Execute business plans and strategies set by the Bank.
5. Ensure compliance with all relevant rules and regulations governing the Bank’s business.
6. Collaborate with product specialists to enhance utilization of banking facilities, including but not limited to:
   • Trade
   • Forex
   • Cash Management Solutions

JOB REQUIREMENTS

1. Minimum 3-5 years experience in Commercial/SME/Corporate lending and relationship management skills.
2. Basic understanding of financial accounts.
3. Good interpersonal skills.
4. Banking knowledge with credit expertise is preferred.
5. Ability to work independently and under pressure.
6. Resourceful and result-oriented.
