Senior Account Management Executive (Livestream Commerce)
This Senior Account Management Executive will serve as the primary liaison between our internal execution teams and client stakeholders to ensure seamless campaign delivery across AI-driven livestream projects. This role is critical to maintaining project momentum, meeting deadlines, and driving continuous performance improvements through data-driven insights and clear communication.

What You'll Do

Client Relationship

  • Act as day-to-day contact for clients, managing expectations and project scope
  • Conduct regular status calls and align on deliverables, timelines, and KPIs

Project Coordination

  • Translate client briefs into clear execution plans for execution team
  • Create and maintain detailed project timelines, ensuring no milestones are missed
  • Collaborate with Arche execution team, regional execution manager and product team to communicate requirements
  • Escalate blockers and resource needs promptly to leadership

Reporting & Insights

  • Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports (GMV, engagement, conversion metrics)
  • Identify optimization opportunities and brief execution teams with actionable recommendations

Scope & Change Control

  • Monitor scope creep; document and approve changes in deliverables or timelines
  • Update client and internal stakeholders on any scope adjustments

Quality Assurance

  • Review all pre-live scripts, visuals, and promo bundles for accuracy and brand compliance
  • Post-live debriefs to capture lessons learned and best practices
Who You Are
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • 1-2 years of account management or project management experience in digital media, e-commerce, or livestreaming
  • Familiarity with livestream platforms and basic understanding of performance metrics (GMV, CTR, conversion rate)
  • Exceptional stakeholder-management skills; able to juggle multiple client requests without missing deadlines
  • Strong written and verbal communication in Englis
  • Highly organised with advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and project-management tools
  • Analytical mindset: comfortable interpreting data and creating concise, actionable reports
