Senior Account Finance Executive

We are looking for a dedicated Finance & Account Executive to provide clear financial reporting and strategic advice to improve overall company performance.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and monitor financial models, forecasts, and budgets.
2. Conduct variance analysis to improve financial performance.
3. Support cost-benefit analysis for new projects and expansions.
4. Cash Flow Management, Strategy & Process Improvement
5. Provide strategic financial insights to drive business growth.
6. Identify and implement cost-saving and revenue optimization strategies.
7. Enhance financial processes, automation, and reporting accuracy.
8. Monitor cash flow for optimal fund allocation and stability.
9. Oversee accounts payable/receivable for timely transactions.
10. Full Set of Accounts & Payroll
11. Handle end-to-end accounting including general ledger, reconciliations, month-end/year-end closing, and financial reporting.
12. Manage payroll processing, ensuring timely salary disbursements and compliance with statutory requirements.
13. Prepare accurate, timely financial reports for stakeholders.
14. Assist with audits, tax filings, and investor reporting.
15. Work closely with banks, auditors, tax agents, and grant providers to ensure smooth financial operations.
16. Assist in securing business financing, managing company grants, and optimizing tax planning.

Requirements:

1. Minimum 2 years of experience handling full-set accounts (e-commerce experience preferred)
2. Advanced proficiency in Excel, including financial modeling, pivot tables, and data analysis tools.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and present clear insights.
4. Highly structured, detail-oriented, and proactive, with strong organizational skills.
