Job description

SENIOR ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE (SHARED SERVICE)

Perform book-keeping for group entities assigned (mainly Singapore entities).

Able to handle full set accounts.

Preparation of monthly management accounts, including financial summaries, commentaries, and variance analysis as well as other relevant reports within stipulated deadlines.

Reviewing transactions and documentation to ensure compliance with statutory requirements.

Perform monthly intercompany reconciliations.

Assist in the preparation of group corporate finance function reports.

Perform any ad-hoc task assigned by the management.

Job Requirements:

Degree in Accounting or Professional Accounting Certificates

Minimum 3 years of working experience in the related field

Proficient in Microsoft Excel

Practical working experience in using any accounting systems, preferably Sage, Quickbook.

Positive working attitude, independent and result oriented.

Willing to travel to Singapore occasionally.
