Maintain a full set of accounts and ensure data is accurately entered into the system.
Establish, maintain, and reconcile the general ledger.
Prepare quarterly and annual Income Statements and Balance Sheets.
Prepare and reconcile bank statements.
Monitor the company's cash flow.
Assist with the annual audits of the company, its subsidiaries, and related entities.
Assist in overseeing the consolidated group results.
Liaise with auditors, bankers, tax consultants, and relevant government agencies.
Perform any other ad hoc assignments as required.
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Finance, Accountancy, Banking, or equivalent.
Required skills: QuickBooks, MS Office.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience.
Willing to work in Puchong.
Preferably a Senior Executive specializing in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
