Huo Long Malatang, ELCY Group is a fast-growing F&B company behind innovative brands such as Huo Long Malatang, Pingmin Hotpot, and Rasa Mala. With rapid expansion and strong market presence, we’re looking for a Senior Account Executive to join our finance team and play a key role in ensuring our financial health, compliance, and strategic growth.

Job Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts for multiple F&B outlets across different brands.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for inventory, cost of goods sold (COGS), petty cash, and outlet-level expenses.
• Prepare and reconcile bank statements, supplier ledgers, and general ledgers.
• Monitor and analyze daily sales reports, delivery orders, and POS reconciliations across outlets.
• Track and report food cost margins, wastage, and operational spending to help optimize profit.
• Prepare and submit monthly management reports, cash flow statements, and budget variance reports to senior management.
• Liaise with outlet managers to gather relevant documents and ensure timely closing of monthly accounts.
• Coordinate with purchasing and operations departments to ensure proper invoice matching and payment tracking.
• Assist in managing group-wide audits, tax submissions, and statutory reporting.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and external parties for all financial and regulatory matters.
• Support in negotiating banking and credit facilities where necessary.
• Guide and oversee junior accounting staff to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
• Assist with system improvement initiatives and internal control implementation.
• Perform ad-hoc assignments as directed by the Finance Manager or Director.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of working experience in accounting, with preference for F&B, retail, or hospitality industry.
• Experience handling multi-entity or multi-location accounts is a strong advantage.
• Familiar with F&B operations such as stock handling, cost control, supplier payments, and POS systems.
• Proficient in AutoCount and Microsoft Office Suites i.e. Excel, Word.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision and lead junior team members.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills to coordinate with outlets, suppliers, and internal departments.
