Job description

• Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in accounting or related financial roles.

• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in handling full set of accounts.

• Proficiency in accounting software, preferably SQL.

• Familiarity with financial reporting standards, audit processes, and taxation matters.

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills.

• Able to work independently with minimal supervision and meet tight deadlines.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the full set of accounts, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and monthly financial reporting.

• Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements and statements of accounts.

• Maintain proper documentation, record keeping, and filing systems to support all accounting entries and compliance requirements.

• Assist in monthly closing activities, including journal entries, adjustments, and preparation of relevant financial reports.

• Support external audit and tax filing processes, including preparation of audit schedules such as deposit listings, down payment schedules, and other relevant documents.

• Perform general accounting tasks, including updating cash book entries and preparing monthly bank reconciliations.

• Prepare and analyze various financial and management reports, including Profit & Loss statements, Budget Analysis, Cost Recovery Reports, Billing & Collection Summaries, and Cash Flow Status.

• Monitor and oversee daily financial operations, including invoicing, inventory movement, cash float management, and other finance-related transactions.

• Perform ad-hoc duties or assignments as required by the Finance Department.
