About the Role
Zinzino Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated and meticulous Senior Account Executive to join our vibrant and expanding team. In this role, you will be a key contributor to our financial operations across Malaysia and Singapore. Key Responsibilities
As Senior Account Executive, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Retrieving and recording daily sales data from Exigo and Adyen platforms, ensuring accurate fund reconciliation.
Processing weekly commission payouts and verifying recipient bank details for timely and secure transfers.
Preparing weekly payment schedules to meet organizational deadlines.
Inputting financial data into the Master Accounting System and conducting regular bank reconciliations.
Liaising with banks, legal advisors, company secretaries, tax agents, and external auditors on financial matters.
Assisting in the preparation of monthly/annual financial and management reports.
Prepare monthly cash flow receipt projection and analysis report.
Ensuring adherence to accounting standards and tax regulations.
Supporting ad hoc assignments as assigned by your supervisor.
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a proactive and reliable professional who brings:
A Diploma or higher qualification in Finance, Accountancy, Banking, or a related field.
4-5 years of relevant working experience, preferably in full set accounting with knowledge of Company Taxation.
Ability to effectively communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, both verbally and in writing, (preferably Mandarin speaking as you might need to communicate with Chinese speaking colleagues in other countries).
Proficiency in accounting platforms, such as Adyen, Master, and Exigo, along with Microsoft Excel.
The ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills.
The capability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
