Senior Account Executive

Overview and development of cash flow reporting, forecasting, and analysis. Participation in budgeting and cash planning.

1. Managing banking facilities (Banker Guarantee & Letter of Credit, bank reconciliation, cash pooling and netting, ad hoc payment requests).
2. Supporting transformational initiatives to automate and improve existing finance, accounting, reporting policies, processes, and workflows.
3. Handling tax matters including e-invoice submission, SST, corporate tax, withholding tax, and import/export duties; liaising with tax authorities as required.
4. Checking and approving payments for all assigned companies.
5. Assisting in preparing monthly and quarterly Group Consolidated Financial Statements and Group Management Reports.
6. Assisting in budgeting, forecasting, and overall financial planning.
7. Preparing and reviewing management accounting reports prepared by juniors (AP function).
8. Performing other accounting and management duties as assigned by management.
9. Investigating and resolving audit findings, account discrepancies, internal controls, and issues of non-compliance.

Key Result Areas

1. Managing the Group’s treasury functions and overall cash flow.
2. Overseeing the Accounts Payable (AP) function for the Group.
3. Assisting in the preparation of the monthly and quarterly Group consolidated Financial Statements.
4. Supporting the budgeting, forecasting, and overall financial planning activities of the Group.
5. Coaching and guiding junior staff effectively.
