Senior Account Executive

An established Property Developer and Building Contractor located at Subang 2, looking the following suitable candidate: -

Senior Account Executive(1 Position)

Responsibilities:

Responsible for the preparation of full sets accounts including submission of financial statements and management reporting on timely basis.

Responsible for all aspect of accounting functions including GL, CB, AP and AR including accounting data entries.

Ensure transactions are posted in accounting system on a timely and accurate manner.

Manage and monitor cash flow.

Preparation of audit schedules and supporting documents.

Ensure proper filing of all documents related to company's financial.

Liaise with auditors and tax agents in relation to annual audit and tax filing matters.

Ensure compliance to housing development acts, legal and tax requirement.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accountancy o or equivalent.

Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese.

At least 5 year(s) of working experience in property development & construction field is required.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Organized, able to work under minimum supervision and independently under pressure and meet deadlines required.

Strong integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality.

Proficient with computers, ABSS and Microsoft Office.

Due to our history of being involved in large scale construction projects, we have taken the high standards and expertise that we are known for and applied it to our housing developments. This has resulted in excellent customer satisfaction thanks to the on-delivery of our high build quality homes.

Since then, MZEC Group is constantly refining and improving its expertise in creating quality homes. The company has been registered with CIDB as contractor.

DEVELOPMENT MILESTONES

MZEC Development is also proud to be partnered with the Persatuan Nelayan Kebangsaan (NEKMAT). Together we’ve created plans to both develop and construct major joint townships, which has led to one of our first joint developments, Mentakab Heights at Mentakab. This pristine development is one of the biggest development projects undertaken by MZEC Development in partnership with NEKMAT and is the first step towards bigger and better projects in the future.
