Responsibilities

  • Assist in full spectrum of accounting operations including AP, AR, and General Ledger.
  • Perform daily updates of Accounts Receivable and reconcile monthly sales.
  • Prepare monthly management reports.

  • Possess a Professional Certificate, Diploma/Advance/Higher/Graduate Diploma equivalent with at least 3-4 years of relevant working experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications;
  • Pleasant personality, good interpersonal skill, initiative and able to work independently;
  • Hardworking and a committed team player and able to work under tight schedule
  • Assist in the full spectrum of accounting operations, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger transactions, Cash Flow and month-end closing.
  • Perform daily updates of Accounts Receivable and reconcile monthly outlet sales with bank records to ensure accuracy.
  • Prepare timely and insightful monthly management reports.
  • Maintain accurate accounting records, organized documentation, and a proper filing system.
  • Knowledge in accounting standards MFRS will be advantage.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned.
