Job Description: We are seeking a talented and motivated Senior Account Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and managing our account system, recording and managing all transactions, and providing regular reports to the Managing Director regarding budget allocation and spending. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and clients.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain an efficient account system to track all transactions and client interactions.
  2. Manage all aspects of client accounts, including onboarding, invoicing, and resolving any issues or concerns.
  3. Record and reconcile financial transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
  4. Prepare and present bi-weekly reports to the Managing Director during meetings, detailing budget allocation, spending trends, and any variances.
  5. Collaborate with the finance team to ensure compliance with accounting principles and internal policies.
  6. Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions to streamline account management procedures.

Requirements:

  1. Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience in account management or a similar role, with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
  3. Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis.
  4. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SQL) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  6. Highly organized with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
  7. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  8. Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and problem-solving.
