Maintain a full set of accounting records for the Company in accordance with relevant standards and statutory requirements, including reconciliation of inter-company transactions, monthly accruals, and payment listing.
Ensure proper record keeping, document management, and filing.
Prepare financial spreadsheets, profit & loss accounts, balance sheets, and cash flow projections.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
Organize work schedules and set priorities to meet monthly reporting deadlines.
Ensure compliance with regulations, taxation, audit, and statutory reporting requirements in Malaysia.
Liaise with auditors, tax agents, company secretaries, and bankers.
Identify opportunities for process improvement, streamline workflows, and implement best practices.
Perform any other duties assigned by management.
