Are you a detail-oriented and driven finance professional ready to take the next step in your career? We’re looking for a full-time (Monday to Friday), on-site Accountant to play a pivotal role in shaping the financial health of our organization.

In this leadership-focused role, you will work closely with senior management, taking charge of financial reporting at both the company and group levels. You'll lead a dedicated team, manage and analyze complex data sets, and provide insights that directly influence business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Financial Management:
• Assisting Director to oversee all aspects of the company's financial operations, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger.
• Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions, adhering to accounting principles and local regulations.


2. Financial/Accounting Reports:
• Prepare and present monthly, and annual financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with statutory reporting requirements.


3. Cash Flow Management:
• Manage cash flow and liquidity to support day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives.
• Optimize working capital by monitoring and controlling receivables and payables.


4. Taxation and Compliance:
• Ensure compliance with all tax regulations and coordinate with external tax advisors.
• Prepare and submit tax returns accurately and on time.


5. Audit Coordination:
• Liaise with external auditors to facilitate the annual audit process.
• Implement audit recommendations to improve financial processes.
