Job summary

A leading company in Johor Bahru is seeking an Accounting Executive to manage full sets of accounts and financial reporting. Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience and possess qualifications in accounting. Proficiency in AutoCount software, Microsoft Office, and Mandarin communication is preferred. This role involves liaising with auditors and overseeing office administration.

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of relevant full set accounting experience.
  • Able to start in short notice or immediately is preferable.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full sets of accounts and financial reporting.
  • Preparing and processing accounts receivable & payable transactions.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and filing of transactions.
  • Monitoring banking facilities and performing bank reconciliation.
  • Liaise with external auditors and government authorities.
  • Oversee office administrative matters and recruitment.

Skills

Proficient in AutoCount accounting software
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
Communication in Mandarin
Ability to work independently
Efficient task management

Education

SPM, LCCI / Diploma in Accounting, Finance

Preparing and processing accounts receivable & accounts payable transactions.

Ensure all accounting transactions are accurately documented and filed systematically.

Monitoring Banking facilities and perform bank reconciliation.

Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, bankers, and any government authority.

Oversee office administrative matters.

Handle recruitment and foreign worker matter.

Any other tasks as assigned by Managing director.

Requirement

Minimum SPM, LCCI / Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

At least 3 years of relevant full set accounting experience.

Proficient in AutoCount accounting software & Microsoft Office (Word & Excel).

Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin

Able to start in short notice or immediately is preferably
