Job description

Manage day-to-day sales accounting & finance functions.

Ensure accounts payable, bank reconciliation, etc., are done accurately & effectively.

Perform month-end sales closing & reporting.

Liaise with related departments to coordinate on accounting matters.

Monitor inventory records and perform stock ordering.

Handle special requests, errands, and related duties.

Manage records and reports in spreadsheets.

Perform ad-hoc assignments as needed.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess a minimum Diploma or higher education level.
  • Working knowledge of office equipment, such as printers and fax machines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially MS Excel and MS Word).
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
  • Good analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
