Responsibilities include managing day-to-day finance functions, preparing reports, and ensuring accurate records. Candidates should possess a Diploma or higher and show proficiency in MS Office. Manage day-to-day sales accounting & finance functions.
Ensure accounts payable, bank reconciliation, etc., are done accurately & effectively.
Perform month-end sales closing & reporting.
Liaise with related departments to coordinate on accounting matters.
Monitor inventory records and perform stock ordering.
Handle special requests, errands, and related duties.
Manage records and reports in spreadsheets.
Perform ad-hoc assignments as needed.
