A leading company in Beranang is seeking a skilled finance professional to manage day-to-day financial operations, including full account handling, reconciliations, and financial reporting. The role requires accuracy and timely processing of financial transactions, ensuring compliance with company mandates. Ideal candidates will have strong financial management skills and be able to work with minimal supervision.
• Responsible in managing the day-to-day financial operations of the company.
• Able to handle full set of accounts include accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed asset and general ledger of the company accurately in a timely manner with minimal supervision.
• Verify all the AP and AR Invoices posting, petty cash reimbursement, staff expenses claims and payment transaction.
• Monitor AP ageing, perform vendor account reconciliation in timely manner and liaise with vendor to resolve any discrepancy.
• Responsible for on-time processing and payment of all payment request in accordance with the company’s approval mandate.
• Prepare weekly Cashflow Report.
• Maintain up-to-date Fixed Asset Listing and Balance sheet Schedule.
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliation
• Prepare audit schedules and tax schedules
• Manage month end and year end closing procedures to ensure completeness and accuracy of financial reports
• To perform financial analysis and ensure timely and proper monthly closing and management reporting.
• Filing of documents
• Preparation of E-invoicing Submission Report.
• Stock take and inventory checking.
• Assist in Finance in any others ad-hoc task.
