Job summary

PlayStation Studios Malaysia is seeking a Senior 3D Designer to create high-end imagery and motion graphics for PlayStation hardware projects and game content. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver visuals that align with our brand strategies.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in 3D and motion design, a strong product imagery portfolio, and expert lighting. Proficiency in Maya, VRay, After Effects and/or Nuke, plus Premiere Pro, Illustrator and Photoshop is required.

Qualifications

5+ years in 3D and motion design, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
Portfolio demonstrating dramatic product imagery.
Strong lighting to reveal product form.
Proficiency in Maya, VRay, After Effects and/or Nuke; Premiere Pro, Illustrator and Photoshop knowledge.
A keen eye for detail, typography, color, and composition.
Strong organizational skills to juggle multiple projects.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

Imagery: transform 3D assets into high-quality product imagery for packaging and promo materials.
Creative development: storyboard and develop motion design projects.
Production: create, animate, and edit motion graphics and 2D/3D assets for web, social, and broadcast.
Collaboration: work with producers and stakeholders to meet deadlines.
Brand consistency: maintain PlayStation brand guidelines across projects.
