Job summary

Tenby Tropicana Aman, part of ISP Malaysia, seeks a dedicated SEN Teacher to support the school’s SEN provision and oversee its daily delivery. You will help students meet individual learning goals and collaborate with staff to implement IEPs and adapt curriculum.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Education and specialization or certification in Special Needs Education.

Responsibilities

• Provide classroom SEN support and one-to-one or small group instruction.
• Assist in developing and implementing Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).
• Support students with personal, social, or physical needs and encourage independence.
• Help manage classroom behaviour and motivate students during lessons.
• Prepare learning materials and adapt resources for SEN students.
• Observe progress and communicate with teachers and parents; contribute to progress reviews.
