Job summary

Brady seeks a Strategic Sourcing Manager – Semiconductor to develop and execute global semiconductor sourcing strategies that support IPS electronic products. You will drive supply continuity, supplier relationships, and cost reduction while aligning with AOP/Strategic Plans and NPI timelines.

The role requires close collaboration with Engineering, Operations, Commercial, Manufacturing, Finance, Quality, and Global Supply Chain teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Sourcing, Commodity Management, Procurement or Supply Chain.
• Knowledge of semiconductor industry and supplier landscape.
• Experience driving cross-functional initiatives globally.
• Experience managing a supplier base of ~$50M–$100M in annual spend.
• Strong data analytics and proficiency with Excel/PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Manage semiconductor commodities including Memory, Processors, MCUs, Power, with $50–$100M spend.
• Develop and execute commodity strategies aligned to business objectives.
• Lead supplier selection, RFQ/RFI processes, negotiations and onboarding.
• Drive supply continuity, risk management, and cost optimization initiatives.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Finance, Quality and Program teams.
