Job summary

Infineon Technologies in Malaysia seeks an Industrial Trinee in Unit Process Engineering 2 Atmospheric within its Research & Development team. You will merge creativity with technical expertise to shape future technology and drive groundbreaking projects.

Qualifications include a Master or degree in Engineering/Material Science/Physics/Chemistry with CGPA 3.0+. You will collaborate across Manufacturing, Equipment, Technology, and Quality to resolve production issues and support tool

Qualifications

Master or degree in Engineering/Material Science/Physics/Chemistry disciplines or relevant qualifications are required.
CGPA must be at least 3.00 and above.

Responsibilities

Perform process engineering and production support in semiconductor process area.
Work as a team between engineers from Manufacturing/Equipment/Technology/Quality to resolve production related quality issues in order to reduce production line disruptions.
Support tools installations as well as process & technology transfers to meet company targets, following standard process & tool release business flow.
Perform FMEA, risk assessment of process changes, with proper process change management.
Ensure the robustness of processes with Advance Process Control (APC), Statistical Process Control (SPC) and other process control tools.
Manage recipe and procedural control.
Develop and maintain process & operation specifications as well as Out of Control Action Plan (OCAP).
Initiate, coordinate and support excursion prevention, cost reduction and quality improvement projects.
