Winbond Electronics Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an Equipment Engineer to ensure the reliability, performance and availability of manufacturing equipment in a semiconductor environment.

The role supports daily production operations through troubleshooting, maintenance, and continuous improvement initiatives. Working Hours: 40hrs (2 shifts based on Company Arrangement). • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronic, Electronics, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
• Diploma holders with relevant semiconductor manufacturing experience are encouraged to apply.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Experience in semiconductor manufacturing will be an added advantage.
• Basic knowledge of equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsabilidades

• Provide troubleshooting and technical support for equipment issues.
• Perform preventive maintenance and equipment repairs.
• Monitor equipment performance, utilization, and availability.
• Support equipment setup, qualification, and improvement activities.
• Work closely with production teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Analyze equipment issues and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain equipment records and technical documentation.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance equipment reliability and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with safety and company requirements.
• Perform other duties assigned by management.

Educación

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronic, Electronics, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering
