Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of engineering experience in semiconductor or manufacturing industry.
• At least 5 years in a management or leadership role.
• Strong experience in front-end & back-end manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage engineering teams, including managers and engineers.
• Oversee engineering projects from planning to mass manufacturing.
• Support manufacturing operations to meet quality and productivity targets.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for efficiency.
