The Role:
  • This role reports to the Senior Manager of Internal Audit and involves performing and supporting various audits and consulting engagements, including global process reviews, sales office audits, J-SOX activities, operational reviews, and system implementation reviews.
  • Act as J-SOX compliance coordinator for selected financial processes.
  • Understand organizational objectives, structure, policies, processes, internal controls, and regulations.
  • Prepare quality work papers and deliverables to document testing, support conclusions, and communicate findings and recommendations.
  • Identify risks and opportunities for improvement, evaluate findings, and provide high-impact recommendations to enhance processes and controls, reduce fraud risk, and mitigate other risks.
  • Influence process owners and stakeholders to improve operations and controls, and validate remediation actions.
  • Manage multiple priorities and projects, providing status updates proactively.
  • Execute special assignments to support the Internal Audit team or other functions.
What You Bring to the Team:
  • 2-3 years of experience in internal audit, internal control, or consulting (Big 4 background preferred).
  • Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields such as Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or IT.
  • Knowledge of J-SOX or SOX requirements, internal audit, and accounting practices.
  • Accounting or audit qualifications (e.g., CIA, CISA, CPA, ACCA) are preferred.
  • Ability to work independently, lead small projects, and manage time effectively.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships.
  • Analytical thinking, adaptability, and out-of-the-box thinking.
