About The Team

The Operations Programme - Seller Management team holds the dual mandate of optimising both Shopee’s internal seller management processes and rolling out initiatives to improve our seller’s operational performance. Internally, your efforts would help smoothen processes, and improve efficiency, while reducing occurrences of errors, helping the business achieve even more with the resources at hand. Externally, sellers would benefit from your help in expanding their operational capabilities and finetuning their effectiveness, leading to better buyer satisfaction and more profits for our sellers.

Job Description

  1. Perform Data & Analytics (D&A) analysis where required to facilitate optimal outcomes across all initiatives
  2. Project Management Office (PMO) activities for projects with a focus on business growth and profitability
  3. Plan and roll out new internal and seller-facing initiatives to help the business more effectively achieve operational outcomes
  4. Work with Seller Community team and Account Managers to identify structural issues impacting seller operational performance and pain points faced by sellers
  5. Work with the Operations team to rollout programmes to Shopee sellers and to resolve structural operational issues impeding our sellers’ growth
  6. Coordinate stakeholders across Business Development, Operations and Marketing to achieve initiative outcomes
  7. Analyse and optimise internal processes across the Business Development teams to improve efficiency and reduce errors
  8. Handle ad-hoc tasks as required
Requirements

  1. At least 2 years of experience in a high-performing organisation, as a management consultant or in corporate strategy
  2. Background in e-commerce or fast-paced tech start-ups is a plus
  3. Outstanding problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
  4. Exceptional communication and project management skills
  5. Result oriented with bias for hands-on execution
  6. Possess strong business acumen and commercial savviness
  7. Bachelor's Degree required; Master's in Business Administration (MBA) would be advantageous
