1. Organize and execute interactive seller training webinars/livestreams, partnering with trainers to curate content, establish technical setups, and offer live support to attendees.
2. Manage the online seller community, promptly addressing inquiries and enhancing social media presence through creative content creation, scheduling posts, and actively engaging with the seller base to strengthen relationships and attract new sellers.
3. Oversee the administration of Lazada University's online platform, updating content, creating microsites, and implementing tactics to optimize user experience and resource accessibility.
4. Lead the creation of top-notch content in collaboration with internal stakeholders, ensuring relevancy, clarity, alignment with target sellers, and consistency with platform branding.
5. Screen and recruit potential sellers to become our Lazada seller ambassadors, ensuring they align with the platform's values and goals and support in seller engagement activities. Develop and maintain relationships with existing Lazada seller ambassadors and certified trainers to gather feedback for continuous enhancement.
6. Employ data analytics expertise to assess webinar/livestream and social media campaign performance, pinpointing areas for improvement.
7. Monitor seller feedback across all communication channels and present actionable insights to the management team.
8. Supervise procurement activities for the seller engagement team, coordinating with finance for efficient and cost-effective spending.
9. Facilitate planning, scheduling, and setup for Lazada's communication channels, assessing their effectiveness and guiding strategy.
10. Stay abreast of platform updates, policies, and e-commerce trends to deliver pertinent and timely content for sellers.
11. Demonstrate proficiency in prioritizing tasks, managing multiple projects concurrently, and meeting deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
12. Provide on-ground support as required for seller engagement events.
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a relevant discipline.
2. A minimum of 3 years' experience in seller engagement, e-commerce, or digital marketing, with a focus on live events and social media management preferred.
3. Solid grasp of e-commerce platforms and seller requirements, with experience within the Lazada environment being an advantage.
4. Proficiency in data analytics tools and platforms for performance tracking and reporting. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential.
5. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with a keen eye for detail. Proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.
6. Strong collaboration and interpersonal abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
7. Proven track record in budget management and procurement processes.
8. Adaptable and proactive, and demonstrated ability to handle stress and deliver high-quality outcomes under tight deadlines.
