The Opportunity

As a Security Supervisor / Shift Lead at Ram Guard Services Sdn Bhd, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and security of our clients' premises in Johor Bahru, Johor. This is a full-time position where you will lead a team of security officers and oversee the day-to-day operations to deliver exceptional security services.

Key Responsibilities

1. Report to Security Manager
2. Supervise and coordinate the activities of a team of security officers to maintain a safe and secure environment
3. Ensure security officers adhere to company policies, procedures and client requirements
4. Monitor and report on security incidents, accidents and breaches
5. Conduct regular patrols and inspections to identify and address potential security risks
6. Liaise with clients, law enforcement agencies and other relevant stakeholders as needed
7. Provide training and mentorship to security officers to develop their skills and knowledge
8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation
9. Contribute to the continuous improvement of security processes and procedures
10. Monthly presentation of Security Report

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a security supervisor or shift lead role
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage a team
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities to handle security-related situations
• Thorough understanding of security protocols, regulations and best practices
• Ability to work shifts, including nights and weekends, to provide 24/7 coverage
• Proficient in both Malay and English languages
