We are looking for a responsible and experienced Security Supervisor to lead and manage a team of security officers at Shopee Warehouse, Bukit Raja. You will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring safety procedures are followed, and reporting incidents.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead a team of security personnel

• Ensure SOPs and safety protocols are followed

• Monitor CCTV and control room (if applicable)

• Respond to incidents and emergencies

• Liaise with client representatives on security matters

• Prepare shift and incident reports

Requirements:

• Minimum education: PT3/PMR or equivalent

• Minimum 1 year of experience in the security industry

• Basic computer literacy (for CCTV/reporting)
