MUTIARA SECURITY is seeking a Marketing Executive to support marketing and business development activities in Selangor. You will promote security services, strengthen brand visibility, prepare materials, and identify opportunities.

You’ll engage clients, coordinate campaigns, and contribute to digital marketing efforts while working with cross‑functional teams. The role emphasizes market research, relationship building, and multi‑tasking in a dynamic security services environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Candidates with experience in the security services industry will be given preference.
• Previous experience in Marketing or Business Development is an added advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Creative, organised and able to manage multiple tasks.

• Ability to analyse market trends and contribute to effective marketing strategies.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Execute marketing strategies to promote the company’s security services and enhance brand visibility.
• Identify and pursue potential business opportunities through market research and lead generation.
• Develop and maintain good relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Assist in preparing marketing materials, presentations, proposals and digital content.
• Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns.
• Assist with social media and digital marketing activities when required.
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and potential opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal departments on marketing and business development activities.
• Maintain proper records of marketing activities, leads and client follow-ups.
• Support the company in achieving marketing and business development objectives.
• Perform other marketing-related duties as assigned by Management.
