Job summary

AIA is expanding its Security Platform Operations & Engineering to ensure enterprise security platforms remain stable, scalable, and compliant. You will manage SIEM, SOAR, and data security platforms, drive automation and integrations, and collaborate with internal teams across the BU landscape.

The role emphasizes incident, problem, and change management, along with audit and governance support, to help deliver secure, reliable services for the organisation and its customers.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with SIEM technologies; Google SecOps (Chronicle) preferred.
• Experience with SOAR technologies and automation workflows.
• Familiarity with log management and security monitoring concepts.
• Experience supporting audit, compliance, or regulatory requirements is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate day-to-day security platforms (SIEM, SOAR, Data Security).
• Design, deploy, and maintain platform integrations and automation playbooks.
• Lead incident, problem, and change management activities.
• Support audits, governance, and regulatory compliance evidence.
• Collaborate with BU security, infrastructure, and application teams.
