We are seeking a Security Operations Executive responsible for security operations at Menara Sunway. If you are passionate and interested in joining us, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Assist in developing a team to enforce standards on OS guard’s quality.
2. Ensure policies, standards, and proper documentation are maintained with the team.
3. Travel to sites for reviews and spot-checks.
4. Develop minimum standard requirements and present them to management.

2. Security Assessment for Managed Buildings/Sites/Townships and Implementation of Recommendations

1. Conduct security assessments with relevant managers and report findings.
2. Ensure recommended actions are carried out and outcomes reported.
3. Travel to sites for assessments.

3. Township Traffic Management

1. Assess and review current traffic management in the township.
2. Collaborate with township management to improve traffic flow during normal and event days.
3. Coordinate with stakeholders within the township.
4. Prepare tools and equipment for the team.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/Cert/Degree in any field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CPP, CISSP) are a plus.
• Willing to travel.
• Detail-oriented and committed to follow-through.
