Job summary

Kuala Lumpur-based ADI Resourcing seeks a Security Operation Engineer (BAU) for a 1-year contract, with renewal potential. The role covers security design improvement, project planning, and day-to-day security operations, including audits and compliance support.

The ideal candidate holds 2–4 years in IT security, a related degree, and hands-on experience with endpoints, networks, and SIEM tools. Jurisdiction includes PCI DSS activities and incident response.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Advanced Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Security or equivalent degree
• Minimum 2–4 years in IT Security work experience and knowledge of security policies and regulatory requirements (e.g., PCI DSS)

Responsibilities

• Optimize and improve the company’s security design and posture
• Assist in planning and design of IT security matters including reviews of POC/project matters
• Perform general problem analysis and propose feasible solutions
• Support PCI DSS related activities and exercises to ensure completion
