Hilton is seeking a dedicated Security Officer to safeguard guests and assets at our Malaysia property in Selangor. You’ll patrol premises, respond to incidents, assist guests, and maintain security records with professionalism and a guest-first mindset.

The role requires prior security experience, strong knowledge of procedures, calm decision-making, and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays. English fluency is essential, additional languages are a plus, and CPR/First Aid

Competenze

• Previous experience as a security officer.
• Strong knowledge of security operations, surveillance, and emergency procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a guest-focused approach.
• Ability to remain calm and respond effectively in high-pressure situations.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Security certifications and training (e.g., first aid, CPR) are preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Job Description

You will be responsible for the daily operations of the hotel’s security team, maintain security standards, and respond to emergencies. As a Security Officer, and facilities – you’re spreading the light and warmth of Hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.
