Anantara Desaru Coast Resort & Villas in Desaru, Johor, Malaysia, invites a security professional to join our team to safeguard guests and property while delivering exemplary hospitality.

Based at the resort, you will patrol premises, control access, and respond to incidents, emergencies, and guest requests with professionalism and discretion, collaborating with other departments to maintain a safe, welcoming environment for all guests and colleagues.

Responsabilités

• Patrol designated areas of the resort and monitor the premises to ensure safety and security.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and other key areas and report any suspicious activity or security concerns.
• Respond promptly and professionally to incidents, emergencies, guest concerns, and requests for assistance.
• Assist with access control and ensure established security procedures are followed.
• Support emergency response, evacuation, fire safety, and other safety procedures when required.
• Prepare accurate incident reports and maintain appropriate security records.
• Safeguard resort property and assist in preventing loss, damage, or unauthorized access.
• Work closely with other departments to maintain a safe and comfortable environment for guests and team members.
• Handle sensitive situations with tact, confidentiality, and professionalism.
• Perform other security and safety-related duties as assigned.
