Dexcom Malaysia Sdn Bhd in Penang is seeking a Security Manager to lead the site’s physical security operations, incident response, and vendor governance. You will translate global security priorities into actionable site plans, manage CCTV, access control, and investigations, and drive risk mitigation across RBA and CTPAT frameworks.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree with 8–12 years of industry experience.
• 2–5 years of management or lead experience.
• Experience in manufacturing, medical device, technology, or regulated environment preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead security for Penang, translating global priorities into operational objectives and staffing plans.
• Manage daily physical security operations, including guard services, lobby/visitor operations, and access control.
• Oversee CCTV, incident response, and event security; establish service levels and vendor accountability.
• Conduct site risk assessments, audits, remediation plans, and escalation of material risks.
• Partner with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to integrate security into site operations and change initiatives.
