BIZLINK INTERCONNECT TECHNOLOGY ( INDIA ) PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a Plant Security Manager with 8+ years in manufacturing to lead security, loss prevention, and crisis management across the facility. You will drive SOPs, risk assessments, and oversight of security technologies while aligning with EHS and HR policies.

The role requires strong investigations experience and collaboration with external vendors to ensure robust security and compliant operations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of work experience in manufacturing.
• Degree in Security Management or related field.
• Experience with CCTV, access control, and security technology is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and review plant-wide SOPs for security and crisis management.
• Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability audits to identify security gaps.
• Manage contract and KPIs of the third-party security guard provider.
• Approve guard schedules, deployment strategies, and overtime budgets.
• Oversee maintenance and upgrades of CCTV, access control, and perimeter defenses.
• Lead investigations into major incidents and internal discrepancies.
• Design loss prevention strategy focusing on scrap disposal, IP, and shipping.

Job description

• Develop, implement, and continuously review plant-wide Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for security, loss prevention, and crisis management.
• Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and vulnerability audits of the facility to identify and mitigate potential security blind spots.
• Manage the contract and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) of the third-party security guard provider.
• Approve guard force schedules, deployment strategies, and overtime budgets.
• Oversee the maintenance and upgrading of physical security technologies (CCTV, access control, perimeter defenses) and manage relationships with external tech vendors
• Lead investigations into major incidents, complex inventory discrepancies, suspected internal fraud, or workplace violence
• Design the overarching loss prevention strategy, focusing on high-risk areas like scrap material disposal, intellectual property, and shipping/receiving.
• Collaborate with the plant’s Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) and HR departments to align security policies with overall plant safety and compliance goals
