Job description

Responsibilities

• Lead the agency guards and assist senior security technicians in supervising agency guards.
• Assist security technicians in conducting weekly audits of security systems and reporting irregularities or weaknesses.
• Enforce company security and safety procedures and guide other agency guards to carry out enforcement duties effectively and efficiently.
• Assist the security supervisor and technicians in investigating all reports of security incidents or loss during shifts.
• Assist shift security technicians in carrying out security projects or programs.
• Carry out specific duties during emergencies or crises to protect life and property and provide emergency services to employees and others.
• Other duties assigned by superior.

Qualifications

• Education: Diploma or equivalent (or SRP/PMR if with experience in the armed forces or police).
• Language: Conversant in English & Malay.
• Experience: At least 1 year working experience as security personnel at a large multinational company (MNC).
