Job Description

• Fraud Prevention – Detecting and investigating fraudulent activities (cheating, scam) in casino and Resorts.
• Compliance – ensuring adherence to procedure.
• Surveillance – Monitoring activities through surveillance systems to prevent and investigate suspicious characters.
• Reporting – Documenting and reporting incidents (violations, irregularities).
• Collaboration – Working with law enforcement agencies when needed.
• Overall, the function is important in protecting the company’s reputation and operation integrity.
