about the role

To support Orange Cyberdefense Belgium in providing high-quality services and excellence to our customers, we offer colleagues cutting-edge certifications and training in a dynamic environment where knowledge transfer is crucial, and efforts are recognized.

Responsibilities:

  • Apply Security Expertise to assist customers in implementing valuable security measures on their IT infrastructure.
  • Respond to Network and Security alerts via alerting tools and take necessary actions to minimize operational impact on customers.
  • Define and implement new Security Services to help customers mitigate potential risks on their IT infrastructure.
  • Develop high-level Security Policies with customers and ensure their implementation across the entire IT chain.
  • Triagesecurity events and provide forensic analysis to customers and legal entities.
  • Conduct security audits of customer environments.
  • Collaborate with security experts within the group to align security efforts with Orange Business Service standards.
about you
  • Bachelor’s degree in an IT-related field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in an IT service-oriented role.
  • Certification in at least two Security areas (e.g., Firewall, IDS, Remote Access).
  • Hands-on experience with at least two of the following: Fortinet, Palo Alto, Pulse Secure.
  • Knowledge of additional technologies such as CheckPoint, F5 (LTM, GTM, ASM, APM), Cisco ASA (and Firepower), Pulse Secure, Bluecoat is advantageous.
  • Experience supporting or installing networking and security environments.
  • Proven experience in IT systems administration, support, and configuration.
  • Ability to configure, implement, or manage changes on security equipment.
  • This is a shift role requiring availability for 10-hour shifts on weekdays and 12-hour shifts on weekends, with total hours not exceeding 48 hours per week. Specific rosters will be set accordingly, and shift allowances are provided.
