About the role

We're looking for a well-rounded Security Engineer to join our team and support the ongoing security needs across our systems and applications. You’ll play a key role in ensuring the security of our platform, infrastructure, and network, both in review and implementation.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct security reviews for both applications and systems.

Implement security measures across various layers of our infrastructure.

Assess vulnerabilities and align systems with industry standards like OWASP Top 10.

Ensure API security best practices are in place.

Manage and monitor platform, infrastructure, and network security.

Collaborate with engineering and DevOps teams to address security issues proactively.

What would you need?

Proven experience in cybersecurity, preferably in a generalist role.

Strong understanding of application, system, and network security.
Familiarity with OWASP Top 10 vulnerabilities and how to mitigate them.

Experience implementing API security controls.

Exposure to platform and infrastructure security (cloud and/or on-prem).

Ability to assess risks and propose practical, secure solutions.
