1. Security Operations & Team Management
Oversee and manage security officers and security guards to ensure smooth daily operations.
Assist in scheduling and deployment of security personnel based on operational needs.
Train, and supervise security personnel, including guards and supervisors.

Act as the main point of contact for client meetings and maintain strong professional relationships.
Monitor and manage WhatsApp group messages to ensure effective communication within the team and clients.

Handle operational reports, workers' performance reviews, conflict resolution, and other related tasks.
6. Stakeholder & Budget Management
Develop and maintain strong relationships with law enforcement, regulatory agencies, and other relevant entities.
Manage security budgets, including personnel costs, equipment procurement, and operational expenses.
7. Technology & Process Improvement
Evaluate and implement new security technologies when necessary.
Perform other operational tasks as needed.
