Job summary

Teleport is seeking a Security Architect to define and govern our enterprise security framework across GCP and Tencent Cloud. The role focuses on security architecture, regulatory compliance, proactive monitoring design, and audit readiness, aligning security controls with ISO 27001 and regional regulations across China and Southeast Asia.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of experience in Security Architecture, Security Engineering, GRC, or Cloud Security Governance.
• Strong understanding of Java/Spring Boot security and OWASP Top 10 risks.
• Knowledge of MongoDB security controls, including RBAC, TLS, encryption, and audit logging.
• Experience with SIEM/log management (ELK, Datadog) and Cloudflare from a governance perspective.
• Working knowledge of ISO 27001 and regulatory considerations in China and SE Asia.

Responsibilities

• Define and govern an enterprise security framework across multi-cloud environments (GCP and Tencent Cloud).
• Design centralized security monitoring, log sources, retention, and alerting standards.
• Define security architecture blueprints, policies, and data protection requirements.
• Lead Secure SDLC requirements and vulnerability management across CI/CD.
• Ensure audit readiness with automated evidence collection for access reviews, logging, and scans.
