Are you passionate about creating a safe and compliant workplace? We are looking for an enthusiastic professional to help us elevate our Security and Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) initiatives!

In this dynamic role, you’ll be at the forefront of delivering our robust Security and EHS policies, procedures, and training programs. Your contributions will drive increased awareness and commitment to safe operating practices, ensuring we not only meet but exceed Kellanova standards and government regulations.

Based in our Pringles Enstek plant, you’ll collaborate closely with our Senior Manager of Plant EHS, playing a pivotal role in developing and implementing cutting-edge security protocols and procedures. You will take the reins on the Daily Management of Plant Security, spearheading our Security 3 Programs while championing Environmental Health and Safety.

A Taste of What You'll Be Doing

  • Promote security awareness program to instill a security culture and ensure a secure work environment
  • Conduct regular assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and develop strategies to mitigate risks
  • Provide briefing and guidance to ensure the outsourced security team always performs their duties effectively according to company security policy to meet the service agreement KPI
  • Provide a monthly comprehensive report/update for management-related review
  • Fully support internal Investigation for any security-related non-compliance incident. Prepare investigation reports to update the management. Including lodge police report if necessary if there are cases related to the loss of the company’s properties or injury to site personnel

We're Looking for Someone With

  • Bachelor or Diploma in Science, Economics or equivalent education with at least five years' experience working as a Security Operations and/ or Manager and Investigation Lead
  • Extensive knowledge of fire prevention, safety, and security operations
  • Availability to respond to security alerts outside of business hours
  • Conducts risk management audits and good skills in asset loss investigations
  • Demonstrates organisational, communication, leadership and analytical skills
  • Respond to medical emergencies, bomb threats, fire alarms, or intrusion alarms, following ERT activities
  • A working knowledge of environmental, health and safety regulatory requirements
