Job summary

AirAsia is seeking a Senior Manager, Cyber Architecture to lead enterprise cybersecurity architecture and the technical strategy across the organisation. The role partners with business and technology teams to embed security from inception, translating evolving threats into architectural directions, standards and investment priorities.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of experience in cybersecurity architecture or enterprise solution architecture.
• Proven track record defining and governing enterprise security architecture in complex environments.
• Experience partnering with business leaders to deliver secure-by-design solutions that enable growth.

Responsibilities

• Own the enterprise cybersecurity architecture and proactively identify remediation gaps.
• Establish governance with standards, reference patterns and a common architectural language.
• Advise business divisions on architectures that uphold cybersecurity policies and baselines.
• Define control lists and required protection levels aligned to the enterprise framework.
• Lead assurance reviews across architecture domains to ensure target-state delivery.
