We are looking for a Quality Assurance Executive to lead a small team of Quality Assurance Assistants to ensure microbiological, chemical, and sensory analytical services for raw, packing, and finished goods for the factory.

A day in the life of...

• Guides and supports the implementation of the Nestle Quality System in the plant in collaboration with other departments.
• Establishes and reviews all quality control checks in the conversion of raw materials to finished goods.
• Implements and reviews all quality control checks for raw and packing materials on arrival to ensure that all checks are properly executed.
• Designs training material and conducts training sessions for QAAs and operators.
• Controls analytical costs and seeks opportunities for cost savings without impacting the quality of products.
• Ensures the correct functioning of the laboratory with proper and adequate equipment.
• Manages people by coaching, training, and motivating the team to achieve KPI targets.
• Continuously reviews the quality system in collaboration with other functions and promotes a quality improvement culture in the plant.

What will make you successful

A minimum of 7 years of experience in quality assurance.

Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage both internally and externally, and escalate issues to the appropriate stakeholders or line manager when necessary.

Proven success in people management and team leadership.

Experience in food manufacturing; experience in a multinational corporation (MNC) is an added advantage.
