Job summary

A leading company in semiconductor development is seeking an Operations and Maintenance professional to ensure the smooth operation of water treatment and facility systems. What You Will Do

Operations and Maintenance

  • Ensure uninterrupted operation of systems such as RODI plants, wastewater and sewage treatment plants, regeneration mixed bed column system, batch treatment plant, ultrafiltration plant, scrubber system, and raw water supply (pump house).
  • Attend to and resolve daily operational issues promptly.
  • Coordinate planned shutdown activities and optimize equipment operation for energy savings.
  • Oversee water waste laboratory operations.
  • Perform preventive maintenance across all plant systems and support capacity planning and expansion initiatives.
  • Update facility drawings and system layouts and manage spare parts inventory.
  • Ensure compliance, support audits, and liaise with regulatory bodies such as the Department of Environment.
  • Assist in environmental reporting and data submission.
  • Support daily facility-related issues and perform additional tasks as assigned.
What You Will Need
  • A degree in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in water treatment plant operations or facility maintenance.
