Job description

Qualification & Requirements:

1. At least 5 years of hands-on experience in CNC machining (3-axis, 4-axis, 5-axis, or 5-face operations). Experience handling machines from 1 meter up to 3 meters in size will be a strong advantage.
2. Strong in team supervision – able to guide and support operators and machinists effectively.
3. Good communication skills – able to coordinate well across functional teams and with supporting departments.
4. Solid troubleshooting skills – able to think quickly and solve machining or process-related issues on the ground.
5. Proven leadership qualities – someone who takes initiative, leads by example, and earns team respect.
6. A responsible and committed attitude – we’re looking for someone reliable and able to grow with us.
