Job Overview
We are seeking a highly capable and professional Secretary/Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and personal support to our senior executives, ensuring the smooth running of their day-to-day operations.
Job Responsibilities
Manage calendar and schedule appointments, meetings and travel arrangements for senior executives.
Provide general administrative support including drafting correspondence, taking meeting minutes, and organising files and records.
Handle incoming calls, emails and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
Assist with special projects and ad-hoc tasks as required.
Job Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Secretary/Personal Assistant. Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
Fluent in English, Malay and Mandarin. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise effectively with individuals at all levels.
Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Discreet and trustworthy with the ability to handle confidential information.
Proactive, flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
