What are we looking for?
We are looking for a team member with extensive experience across PPC
(Google Ads, Bing Ads, Apple Search Ads, SA360) who is willing to grow their
expertise across additional channels and client verticals, with a keen eye for
detail. The ability to meet direct-response goals will be fundamental to the
Senior Manager’s success. The Search & Social team interfaces with various
groups within the agency and with clients directly. By staying ahead of the
curve with platforms’ ever-changing offerings and best practices, having an
in-depth knowledge of clients’ business challenges, and adopting a rigorous
test-and-learn mentality, the Search & Social team is responsible for
delivering best-in-class campaigns and results for our clients.


What will you be responsible for?
The ideal candidate will be responsible for all aspects of managing paid
search campaigns, concepting and delivering powerful campaign strategies
in line with our clients’ goals, and presenting key findings and
recommendations to internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Own strategy, in-platform setup, and optimization of PPC campaigns
    that lead to clients’ business objectives
  • Ensure SEM best practices are in place for the accounts
  • Consistently optimize strategies to meet the specific goals and KPIs of
    multiple clients, across potentially both web and app experiences
  • Present reporting and performance insights that lead to new strategic
    tests
  • Align with Account teams to fully understand client needs to inform
    campaign strategy
  • Work with internal or client teams to provide input on ad creative
    keeping in mind Paid Search best practices across the various
    platforms
  • Grow client relationships as a daily point of contact and present to key
    stakeholders
  • Conduct SEM audits on new clients and develop paid search proposals
    and plans
  • Campaign monitoring and optimization is done on a regular cadence and ensure that campaigns are working towards defined KPIs set by client

What are the requirements of the role?

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Paid Search management, with a
    media agency background and additional Paid Social experience
    preferred
  • At least 2 years managing direct response-oriented digital campaigns
    and meeting client objectives; Google Ads or other PPC certification is
    a bonus
  • Experience doing KW research and forecasting for media planning
  • Experience with Paid Search campaigns driving App Installs (e.g. Apple
    Search) preferred
  • Strong Excel skills, including frequent use of formulas, pivot tables, and
    lookup tables
  • Ability to analyze data and results and derive insights from the data
  • Ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously and interact with
    multiple internal teams: account, strategy, creative, and reporting
  • Adaptable team player to work on one-off projects, forecasts or various
    ad-hoc asks
  • Self-starter, committed to achieving results in a fast-paced
    environment
