Job summary

Binance is seeking a motivated Intern (Accelerator) to join its VIP team covering the SEA market. This hybrid role blends key account coverage and sales, giving you hands-on responsibilities from day one and exposure to a world-leading crypto ecosystem.

Based in Kuala Lumpur, the internship focuses on servicing existing VIP clients while actively identifying and onboarding new high‑value traders, with clear targets on both client service quality and new business.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Economics, Commerce, Statistics, Mathematics, or a quantitative trading-related field.
• Fluency in English is required to coordinate with overseas partners.
• Solid understanding of cryptocurrency, macroeconomics, and financial trading concepts.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving abilities; able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with a portfolio of existing VIP clients in SEA.
• Act as the primary point of contact for day-to-day client queries, issue resolution, and product support.
• Identify, prospect, and onboard new VIP clients from the SEA market.
• Prepare pitch materials, market updates, and competitive comparisons for client meetings.
• Monitor competitor activity and flag relevant market intelligence to the team.
• Serve as the local eyes and ears on the ground in SEA, providing regular market feedback to the APAC team.
